Third part whatsapp unblock (GB, FM, Fouad, Transperent, GB-Plus, etc)

We regret to inform you that WhatsApp Plus and GB WhatsApp are currently being blocked by WhatsApp at their request. These apps are known to copy WhatsApp's app and do not meet the necessary security standards.

Please be aware that you will not be able to install these apps on your Android device. Furthermore, we strongly advise against installing them, as WhatsApp has previously blocked users who had them installed. This may also prevent you from installing the official WhatsApp app.

In light of this situation, we would like to offer some guidance based on our experience. There are four types of WhatsApp modified versions developed by the Fouad Mod (FM) Team with different package names:

1. Fouad WA (com.whatsapp) [the same package as the official WhatsApp]

2. FMWhatsApp (com.fmwhatsapp)

3. GBWhatsApp (com.gbwhatsapp)

4. YoWhatsApp (com.yowhatsapp)

All of these WhatsApp mods can be accessed and downloaded from their website.

I have personally used Fouad Mod WhatsApp for about five years due to its customizable appearance and additional privacy features. During this time, I never encountered any issues with the app. However, WhatsApp has consistently updated its terms and conditions regarding unofficial WhatsApp versions and accounts associated with them.

In my experience, the FM Team has demonstrated great skill in preventing bans from official WhatsApp and is committed to protecting the accounts of users who use their apps. However, WhatsApp has recently taken significant measures to prevent the use of unofficial apps by logging users out of the app. Unfortunately, the FM Team has not been able to resolve this issue yet.

FM Team also stated in a tweet:

"It seems that WhatsApp is now fighting itself. The company is blocking users randomly and asking them to move to 'Official WhatsApp.' The irony is that the company is also blocking the official app too and thinks the official WhatsApp app (from Play Store) is a modded version."

Therefore, it is uncertain whether the problem stems from the official WhatsApp or the mod version of FM WhatsApp itself. If the issue is with the official app, the FM Team will not be able to resolve it until the official app has fixed its system. Therefore, it is advisable to move your account to the official app now to avoid any potential issues in the future.

To move from FM WhatsApp to the official WhatsApp without losing your chat history, follow these steps:

1. Do not uninstall FM WhatsApp to preserve all related files in the system. On Android 13 (as on my phone), you can find these files in the directory “Internal Storage/Android/media/[package name].”

2. If you use Fouad WA with the package name “com.whatsapp”:

- Change the system folder's name in the directory from “com.whatsapp” to another name, such as “com.whatsapppp,” to prevent the loss of all system files of the app.

- Ensure that the database file (msgstore.db.crypt14) is in the folder Databases (in the directory “Internal Storage/Android/media/[package name]/[app name]/Databases/msgstore.db.crypt14”). This file contains the database for all your chats in your WA account. If you do not have it, there is no way to retrieve your chat history.

- If all the database files contain the date in their names (e.g., “msgstore-[year]-[month]-[date].[number].db.crypt14”), delete the “-[year]-[month]-[date].[number]” for the latest file so that its name is just msgstore.db.crypt14.

- Uninstall Fouad WA.

- Change back the system folder's name to “com.whatsapp.”

- Install the official WhatsApp from the Play Store.

- Log in with your phone number until you find the step to restore your chats.

3. If you use FMWhatsApp, GBWhatsApp, or YoWhatsApp with a package name other than “com.whatsapp”:

- Change the system folder's name in the directory from “[package name]” to “com.whatsapp” and change the folder's name within the folder [package name] from “[app name]” to WhatsApp.

- Install the official WhatsApp from the Play Store.

- Log in with your phone number until you find the step to restore your chats.

- If you would like to uninstall the WA mod, you can also do so.

These are the steps I have taken to move from Fouad Mod WhatsApp to the official WhatsApp without losing my data and chat history, at least until the last backed-up chats created in the database file. I hope this information helps anyone facing this issue.
